1. General Information
At PLUSH LOUNGE, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates
- As Per internal shipping rates - Shipping rates will be vary from place to place it will calculated automatically during the checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/whats app.
- You can track your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section or through the courier service’s website.
7. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Our primary carriers include:

- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- India Post
8. Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours at admin@plushlounge.in
- Address changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible.
9. Order Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your shipment.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at admin@plushlounge.in with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
- If your package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service and keep you updated throughout the process. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
